Matthew McCormick Studio - City of Light

Celebrating Paris through design, discovery, and storytelling.

When innovative design company Matthew McCormick Studio sought to reimagine its global narrative during the pandemic, they invited Bradley Seymour to shape a new creative direction. Recognizing that much of the design community was grounded by travel restrictions, Bradley proposed a campaign that celebrated connection, curiosity, and place.

Commissioning Paris-based reportage photographer Jérôme Galland, City of Light became a visual love letter to Paris — a series of stills and video studies capturing the city’s texture, rhythm, and emotion. Through light, shadow, and reflection, the campaign re-established the French capital as a creative beacon for a global audience.

Balancing editorial precision with human warmth, City of Light reflects Matthew McCormick Studio’s ethos: authenticity, curiosity, and artistic exploration — an invitation to rediscover the world through design and storytelling.
